Relocation package for new grad?

Hi...I'm a recent college grad and just received my first job offer. During the interview I asked the company if they offered a relocation package and they said, they usually don't for college students. However, since I am owning a home they would be willing to help me out. The company is located 200 miles away and they have asked me to provide them with a "fair" relocation amount. What would be a fair relocation amount? Can someone suggest how I go about this?
