Question from a US Citizen about relocation?

Mexico. It's fairly easy to get your FM3 and remain here legally but I have to tell you... in the whole scheme of things they really don't care. I'd venture a guess that most here from the US do not have their FM3 and the gov't doesn't really care. They like that we are spending money here. And, it's a really nice place to live. I love it.
