Standard Relocation Assistance?

I work for a start-up company that has offered to move me from WA to TX. Since they do not do this that often they have asked for a financial proposal to get an estimate on what we think the total cost might be. What are some common expenditures when it comes to relocating such a long distance? Do companies normally assist with housing deposits and mileage?
