Needing advice on a real estate?

My husband got transferred to Texas. The company hired a relocation company to help us. They did a general inspection on the house and it needs alot of work. We put our house up on the market in March. The relo company didnt do the inspection until May. Then we didnt get the report to fix the house until yesterday. This is something the relo company emailed our real estate agent so she could share with the person that bid on our house. It feels like they are hendering us instead of helping us. Its almost like they like the fact that our house is not selling. We live in a small town. Could someone help me understand what they are thinking? Any advice would be appreicated. Thanks
