Are their any NBA owners who have recently considered relocation?

I am from St. Louis, have lived here all my life. I am a fan of all sports. I would love to have a basketball team to root for but we don't. People bring up attendance, well St. Louis is one of the best sports cities in the country. The Blues sold out all 41 home games this year. The Cardinals have always had an amazing fan base. The Rams haven't had the best attendance, but it is starting to pick up now that we are winning games, so the question is will St. Louis ever get a basketball team. If so when, are their any owners looking here as a destination? The Scottrade Center holds 21,000 people for a basketball game, so an arena is not an issue. Please give me your thoughts.
