So upset. can't move my kids to Miami. What should I do?

I was denied relocation to move to Miami from CT cause the father of my kids stop me from doing so. My kids father works at McDonald's and I wanted to relocate so I can find a better job to support my kids and enjoy the beach. My kids father wants to spend more time with them but he is a jerk for going to court. He doesn't have a good job. He just flips burgers. How am I going to enjoy Miami if he stops me from taking the kids. McDonald's isn't going to take care of the bills so that's why I want to move. I really want to enjoy Miami. CT is boring.
