Real estate question?

My husband has been transferred. The relocation company was hired by his company to help us. Well it feels like all they are doing is hendering us. They did a general inspection. It took a month to get the results because I think the relocation company was setting on their ***. We get a couple of days ago and there is 6900 dollars of repairs. Plus they have decided to do a stuctual inspection. I am getting pissed. We have had our house on the market since March and they just now decided to do this. We have one offer but it is way below what we own on both loans. Its 5000 below what we need. Plus they want us to do all this stuff to do and now they say its foundation has sunk and needs lifted up. We have no money for this. We are selling and we have already come down 17000. Im so worried it will not sell now. What should I do? Please give me advice and not statements of what you think.
