Which one to ask for first? A relocation or a salary raise?

I feel that I am in a situation where I deserve a salary raise. This is while I am thinking to ask for location to another office. The question is which one I should ask for first? If I ask for both at the same time, one or both of my requests may get ignored. Now I should decide which one to ask for first. If I do not get an answer to at least one of these requests, I will leave the company.
