Airtel - A organisation that is only to trouble and abuse customers..have you faced it?

I have been a good airtel customer for 10 + yrs from Skycell days and never a delayed payment. But for every new connection, they have caused issues, did not do my relocation of mobile number without causing pains like disconnecting my number..sent me legal letter for Rs. 523/- as i was not in town..causing trauma to my parents, customer care threatens that they have the numbers of all calls i make from my mobile so i cant hide anything from them..the list is endless..they are rude, managers never come online, people in so called authoriy level never come forward to talk, just an organization that ABUSES all relations with customer..have you guys had same issues?
