Wish I can move to Miami but can't relocate without my kids. What should I do?

I have 3 kids and the father of my kids is going to court to stop my relocation with the kids. He is getting on my nerves. I wanna get out of boring CT and go to Miami, but in his opinion it is not in the best interest of the children. I don't like Connecticut, and I want to raise my kids around beautiful beaches. If the judge denies me again I don't know what to do. Please help.
