Talking about relocation in a cover letter?

I am a recent college grad looking to get start a career in college admissions and I've been applying for positions in many different states. My mom suggested that I say I am willing to relocate in my cover letter to maybe put me above the others. Anyone have any suggestions of how to say this professionally?
