San Diego Relocation, Should I ?

If you join the military you might get sent out to Camp Pendleton or San Diego anyways, why waste your savings? And the SD police are always hiring, they've had tons of scandals lately so lots of openings. Why don't you do all the work to become a police officer where you are and then apply to the SD police or just join the Marines or Navy and get sent out to SD anyways?
