Who's side would you take in this problem?

So I took my final exam for history. The test was ok in difficulty, I had a C in that class and with at least a B in the exam, my final grade would be at least a B+. Here's the problem, I didn't finish the test and my teacher never told me I couldn't finish it so I end up missing automatically 35 questions out of 200. Throughout the school year, my teacher would always let his students finish tests after school, but this time, the biggest test of the year, he gives me a time limit when he never announced it. I had 2 hours to finish 200 questions, for people who thoroughly read questions and answers, that's too little time. And this conflict escalates to the school too cause the school sets the final exam dates. My final exam date was the last day of freaking school so there was no chance to finish the test since teachers had to turn in grades immediately. Unlike the school I am in now, my old school did the exams 1 week before school ends so that if you don't finish, you have plenty of time to finish afterwards, that's not fair. Plus, teachers actually encourage you to take your time in tests, not to rush, and to carefully read each question and answer, yet, my teacher says that and gives me a huge test with very little time. So basically my best score can a 165 out of 200, which is bad and I know I didn't do too well. You should never have to be timed for huge final exams, we should always take our time cause that can affect my career after high school. I mean, who knows? Maybe now I can't accepted by some colleges now since I don't have A's and B's now. What do you think?

Will cars continue to be a mode of transportation in Europe?

The European Union is trying to ban them in cities and cities across Europe like Zurich, Vienna, Munich, and Copenhagen are trying to eliminate them.

Why doesn't Canada have a Union Jack in their flag like Australia and New Zealand?

We wanted our own identity, Canadians love their flag, it is one of the most recognizable in the world. Much more so than Australia and New Zealand. There are some individual provinces in Canada that have the Union Jack in their flags. The old flag was dated and predictable. There is no doubt where an individual is from when they see this Canadian flag being proudly waved or worn.

Escalate two numbers in the same cell by a fixed % in Excel?

Starting numbers are 75659 (utility) and 11144 (maintaince). Utility goes up by 4% every year and maintaince goes up by 3.25% every year. So the first cell is 86803 (first year) and the second cell should be 90192 for the second year. Simple equation being ((75659*1.04)+(11144*1.0325). What formula do I use to get the next ten years starting with the first year value?

How do I get to Wilshire Boulevard from Union Station by bus?

I am taking a trip to LA from San Diego in late July, and am taking the Amtrak to Union Station. From there, I have to go to Wilshire Boulevard. I want to know at what time a bus en route to or close to Wilshire Boulevard departs from Union Station so I can time my time my arrival. Thanks.

How can I travel and help people. I have no money.?

I cant really find a decent job to where im not struggling day in and day out. I figure if Im going to be living like this I might as well do something to make a difference for myself and others. I would love to travel abroad and I genuinely do want to help other people. However, i know a lot of organizations that go abroad or in the states(which i would do as well) Make you pay for the trip. Im not looking to get rich or even make decent money doing this. Im just looking for an organization that pays for the trip and living expenses while there. Relocation help would be nice to. Im really not trying to be greedy, as the help i could do over a period of time would be a lot more than what the trip costs. Like if i would get paid 8/hr for 8 of construction everday on the trip, that would more than pay for a ticket b4 long. Any idea how i can fulfill this dream? thanks/

HOmework question...please help!?

) Smith, a U.S. citizen, has been working in California as an executive of a U.S. telecommunication company, and her annual salary in 2010 was US$300,000. Her salary was expected to remain unchanged if she continued to work in the company. In the year 2011, however, she was recruited by a telecommunication company in Mexico, so she started working in Mexico in January 2011, making an annual salary of US$500,000. Assuming that the amount of her salary equals the amount of her contribution to the production in the company she works for, how much the annual U.S. GDP and GNP in 2011 changed due to her job relocation?
