its fine if you keep it tasteful and breif. you sound like a very romantic person and you should not let those moments get by you in life. just use your best judgement in each situation as to what is apropriot for that time and place. in a pool full of familys a breif finger tip graze across his chest and a peck on the lips is ok. just be careful where the other hand goes, some of those kids have masks.
